Like the rest of UK, we’ve been spending some time restructuring our operations and processes in order to keep customers, staff and the public safe in response to the COVID-19 outbreak.

We’re following all government guidance on social distancing and infection control, checking the advice each day for new developments. We’ve changed our outdoor canopy installation process, making it totally contact free.

Here’s how we’re making installations safe and contact FREE:

1. Ringing ahead to check that everyone site is healthy
2. Phoning from outside your premises, avoiding speaking face-to-face
3. Never entering your premises and remaining outdoors, with a distance of 2 metres from others
4. Cleaning the installation site thoroughly before leaving

Our fitters will be practising the required hand washing and disinfecting measures regularly. Even if your business is closed, we are still able to carry out the installation. All we need is someone to provide access to our fitters and their vans at the required times.

As well as contact free installations, surveys and quotes are also free from any contact. What’s required is access for our surveyor to assess your premises and take the relevant measurements. We can discuss the findings with you over the phone.
