Background

We were specified by Watson Homes for Viva Housing Association. The housing association was developing 48 affordable rent apartments in the Eccles area of Manchester.

The requirement

Watson homes wanted to provide a quality, bespoke product at an affordable price for the housing association. Our GRP door canopies come with a 10-year guarantee for peace of mind.

Challenges

We surveyed the site and measured up for door canopies to cover the double patio doors. The chosen product was our Royale canopy in anthracite grey.

The solution

We produced the canopies and the main contractor installed them on site in time. The finished canopies look smart and are built to provide lasting protection for the new residents.
