Preliminary project meeting

Canopies UK worked collaboratively with Morrison and their client on an external improvement scheme across two sites in Manchester.

An initial site meeting was arranged with the client’s surveyor and the Canopies UK account manager. We walked around the site and discussed the requirements and suitable options available, whilst promoting cost effectiveness.

Site survey

A site survey was subsequently undertaken to ascertain the full requirements. A definitive list of properties and canopy styles were supplied to the client’s contractor in order for them to complete target costing for approval.

The Canopies UK account manager attended all kick start and pre-contract meetings at the client’s headquarters to offer advice and answer queries from the contract administration/contractor on-site team.

Throughout the contract, Canopies UK remained proactive with the client and the contractor to ensure regular deliveries were on time and the programme ran smoothly.
